새로운 시장으로 주목(attention)받고 있는 베트남에 대한 우리 건설 기업의 진출(advance into)이 본격(real)화되고 있습니다. 우리 건설 기업들이 참여해 도시 설계(design)에서부터 조성(construction)까지 모두 맡게 될 하노이 신도시 개발계획도 가속화되고 있습니다. 베트남 하노이에서 박경석 기자의 보도입니다.베트남 수도 하노이 외곽(outskirts)에 위치한 '따이 호 따이' 지구. 베트남 정부가 야심(ambitious)차게 추진(propel)하고 있는 '신수도 개발 계획'의 1단계 사업 예정(intend)지입니다.

60만평 규모로(scale, size) 조성될 이 주거(living, dwelling) 업무(business) 단지(housing development)는 대우 건설 등 6개 우리 기업이 참여한 코리안 컨소시엄(consortium, ASEM)이 맡게 될 것으로 보입니다. 지난해 10월 아셈 회의 당시(at that time) 양국(two countries)) 정상(top, summit)간 협의(discussion)가 이뤄진 뒤 사업 추진에 가속도가 붙으면서 상반기(first 6 months) 중에 첫 삽(shovel)을 뜰 수 있을 것으로 예상(expect)됩니다. 오는 2010년이면 이곳은 최고급(highest) 아파트와 관공서(public office) 등이 들어(go into)서 하노이의 새로운 중심지로 탈(mask)바꿈(change)하게 됩니다.토목에서 도시 설계, 조성까지 신도시 개발의 모든 과정은 서울 분당과 일산 지역을 모델로 삼았습니다(follow one design).
